FakeFactory's Cinematic Mod

Hello,
I´ve little problem with start cm 7 ep1.
When i click in Startmenu on Cinematoc Mod EP1, show a error Announcement "STEAM isnt running. Please start your steam client." CM HL2 and EP2 has work without problem. Help me please. I've tried almost everything but it didn´t work.
